DELIVERY
Salomé Rico is committed to providing you with international and secure delivery. All our pieces are handcrafted in Paris to order within 3 to 4 weeks. Salomé Rico reserves the right to refuse delivery to certain hard-to-reach areas and to change delivery prices without notice.
RETURNS
If you want to return your creation, please send an e-mail to contact@salomerico.com indicating your order number.
You have 14 working days after receipt of your purchase to notify us of your wish to return or exchange your jewelry.

Please include all initial items in your return package. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, through the use of the return label which will be sent to the Customer following his request.
These charges will be subtracted from the refund amount for the returned item (s).
Once your return package has been received, a return confirmation email will be sent to you after confirming the eligibility of the return.
Salomé Rico reserves the right to refuse any return in the event of damage or other signs of use
